Guarantee Policy

A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.

Deposit Policy

We also accept bank deposits to the following account:

Required deposit to guarantee the reservation:
(X) 1-night deposit
OR
A percentage of the total stay.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the arrival date to avoid charges.

No-Show Policy
In case of a no-show, one night’s stay will be charged.

Extra Person Policy
An additional fee of $850.00 MXN will apply starting from the third person in a Double Suite.

Children Policy
Children are considered guests up to 11 years old. Guests aged 12 and older are charged as adults.
Two children under 12 may share the room with two adults.

Pet Policy
We’re sorry, pets are not allowed.

Overbooking Policy
In the event that our Hotel cannot provide the lodging service contracted, our Hotel will find suitable alternatives to replace the contracted service, ensuring they are at least equal to or better than the original benefits.

The hotel will pay for one night, including taxes, at a similar hotel.

Complimentary transportation to the new hotel will be provided.

The guest will be offered at least one phone call to their home or office.
