Hacienda El Salitre is the signature restaurant of the property, located inside the historic hacienda at Rafael Osuna S/N, Col. Raquet Club. It opens Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and on Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Among its most recommended dishes are the chef’s specialties, which vary according to the season and the availability of fresh regional products.
